1) About Us

YoHablo Spanish Virtual Academy (“YoHablo,” “we,” “our”) provides online Spanish training for professionals and teams.

2) Services & Scope

We offer live virtual lessons (1:1 or small group), corporate training programs, and related learning materials. Specific curricula, schedules, and prices are confirmed in writing (email, quote, or invoice). Demo calls are informational and not instruction time unless expressly stated.

3) Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian or employer agreement). You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping meeting links private.

4) Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Time zone: All times are coordinated in your stated time zone.

     

  • Student reschedule/cancel: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

     

  • YoHablo reschedule: We may reschedule due to instructor availability or technical issues; we will notify you promptly and offer the next available slot.

     

  • Punctuality: If you are late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.

     

5) Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes/fees may apply.

     

  • Payment terms appear on your invoice/checkout. Unpaid balances may pause service.

     

  • Refunds: Prepaid sessions are refundable only as stated in your plan or agreement. Completed sessions are non-refundable. For corporate programs, prorated refunds follow the statement of work.

     

6) Corporate Programs

For team training, the company designates an authorized contact for scheduling, rosters, and reporting. We may provide attendance/progress summaries. Each participant must follow these Terms. Confidential information shared by either party will be protected and used only for the engagement.

7) Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, worksheets, and documents are owned by YoHablo or our licensors. We grant enrolled learners a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for study. No redistribution, resale, or public posting without written permission.

8) Recordings & Classroom Tools

Sessions are not recorded unless all participants consent. If recorded for learner review, access is limited and time-bound. We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, an LMS). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms.

9) Acceptable Use & Conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity. Do not share meeting links publicly or attempt to disrupt classes or platforms.

10) Results Disclaimer

Language outcomes vary by attendance and practice. We do not guarantee specific results, grades, admissions, or business outcomes.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YoHablo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold YoHablo harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

13) Changes to Services or Terms

We may update services or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Venue and jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Texas.
